Roger Reeve

Roger Reeve is an Associate consultant working with Woodward Lewis Associates. He is currently working with the practice in a number of local authorities supporting the processes of Best Value, service planning, service reviews and EFQM assessments. He has also been involved in training teams at all levels in these aspects of local government management and practice.

Roger has been the Best Value officer for Daventry District Council responsible for policy and service initiatives and leading the implementation of the Best Value legislation and processes. Roger introduced and implemented the EFQM Excellence Model review process and developed, established and implemented the Best Value review programme. Roger has established and managed benchmarking groups and trained councillors and staff in management principles. Before holding the Best Value portfolio Roger was a Building Control Manager, he has also worked for Norwich, Oxford and Peterborough City Councils.
