Neill is a proven and experienced business manager having run several companies before becoming a performance management specialist and executive coach.

His career has spanned major organisations in diverse markets. He managed the turn-around of three different companies that were heading for liquidation. These particularly, provided a realistic understanding of the challenges of translating policy into action within organisations faced with financial constraint, restricted resources and the demand for consistent change.

Over the years he and his colleagues have run many contracts with central and local government, and recently have helped 1st and second tier officers with the practical implementation of Best Value.
